If a reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours* before the reservation arrival date, the camper will receive a full refund of what has been paid by the camper less a $30 cancellation fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date, the camper will be charged for the first night of the reservation. *Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a reservation is made at least 72 hours before the reservation arrival date, then it can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the booking is made with a full refund of what has been paid by the camper and without any cancellation fees.
