All of our team members may enjoy the resort when not working, including complimentary camping (depending on occupancy), participation in our 401(k) plan with employer matching, free direct deposits, accumulated paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, and fun-filled staff events like our beloved carne asada lunches and annual holiday party. We also support our team members’ growth and development by providing access to skills training, education, and promotion opportunities. We pay our regular part-time team members at the overtime rate if they work on company holidays.

About Campland
Campland on the Bay is a destination RV resort open 365 days a year. We’ve been voted San Diego’s favorite campground numerous times. We are located on Mission Bay, the nation’s largest aquatic park of its kind, occupying 40 prime acres of a city leasehold with over 560 campsites and a wide variety of resort amenities. Our guests return year after year to enjoy our outstanding location, amenities, team, and fun-filled atmosphere.
About Mission Bay RV Resort
Just across the bridge on the other side of Rose Creek is Mission Bay RV Resort. This RV resort is also open 365 days a year. Open for over 60 years, Mission Bay RV Resort recently doubled in side. The North resort offers a more rustic feel and larger campsites. Tent camping is welcome here. The South resort is the original resort. The two sections offer 399 campsites! Amenities includes restrooms with showers, laundromat, clubhouse and a swimming pool and hot tub. The sports court offers basketball, pickleball and outdoor ping pong.
At both resorts, exceeding our guests’ expectations is our top priority! Our team members play a crucial role in helping our guests create the precious memories that bring them back again and again. Famous for our brand of family-friendly fun, we offer welcoming, excitement-filled resorts for campers of all ages.
