Dry I and Marina Sites- These sites do not have any hookups. (No electric, water, or sewer).
Asphalt only. No tents. These sites are located near the beach and Launch Ramp.
The marina sites have views. The Dry I sites have restricted views.

Camping, Upgraded — Comfort, Style & Bay Views
Experience the charm of waterfront camping without giving up your favorite comforts. Clean facilities, strong Wi-Fi, and all the amenities that make unplugging easy.
Beach Front – Full Hookup (water/electric/sewer). Closest sites to the beach along Wildlife Friendly Lane. Have fire pits with grill top and picnic tables.

Standard West – Full Hookups (water/electric/sewer). These are the least expensive of our full hookup sites. They are located on the West side of our park (Standard Sections E & F). Sites have firepit and picnic table.
Limited – Partial hook up sites (water, electric) only. No sewer hookups. Perfect for tent camping or RV’s that don’t need sewer hookup. Dry – Non-hookups sites. These sites are all asphalt, located in I section 30 to 38. Each site has a picnic table but NO fire pit. Easy access to the beach and marina.
Marina Dry – Non-hookups sites. Located directly across from boat launch and marina with close access to the beach. These sites are all asphalt, located in I section 39 to 47. Each site has a picnic table but NO fire pit.
Tent only-Primitive – Tent Only, Non-hookups sites. These sites are small 14’ x 33′ sites with no grass or shade. Only 1 tent, 1 car, 1 dog & 4 persons max per site allowed. Sites include picnic table and fire-pit. Perfect for tent campers on a budget. Open in Summer Season ONLY. This is a very sunny area with no shade from trees.
Experience Campland -- Even without an RV
Want to enjoy the Campland on the Bay experience but don’t own an RV? You’re in luck! You can easily rent an RV, travel trailer, or motorhome from one of our trusted local partners.
Most companies will deliver a clean, fully sanitized RV directly to your reserved campsite, set up the hookups, and have everything ready before you arrive. With most companies, you’ll need to bring soft goods, such as bedding, pillows, and towels. At the end of your stay, they’ll return to pick up the RV — so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your waterfront getaway.
Whether you’re a first-time camper or simply want the ease of having the RV handled for you, renting an RV is the perfect way to experience Campland’s resort-style amenities, vibe, and family-friendly fun.

Booking, Check-In & Policies
1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance—late arrivals may have restricted access to certain areas.
2. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to two years in advance. Holiday weekends and peak summer dates fill quickly, so we recommend booking early.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by season and site type. Full details are provided during booking and in your confirmation email. Please review these carefully or contact our Reservations Team if you have questions.
4. Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Minimum stay requirements may apply on weekends, holidays, and in peak season.
5. Can I request a specific site or location?
We do our best to honor requests for site location, but site numbers are not guaranteed. Your site type (Preferred, Beachfront, Bay View, etc.) is guaranteed.

7. What size RVs do you accommodate?
We accommodate most RV sizes, including large Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels. Please verify your rig’s length when booking to ensure it fits your chosen site type.
8. Are tent campers welcome?
Yes! We offer tent-friendly sites, including primitive tent sites without hookups.
9. Do you allow RV rentals delivered to Campland?
Yes. Many local RV rental companies can deliver and set up a rented RV at your site. Campland does not rent RVs directly.
10. Do you offer long-term stays?
Stays beyond 30 days may be available seasonally and require approval. Please inquire with Guest Services.

Yes. Golf carts must be electric, driven by licensed adults, and follow posted speed limits. Gas-powered carts are not allowed.
15. Do you allow campfires?
Small, contained fires in approved fire rings are allowed in designated areas and during permitted hours. Firewood is available for purchase at the Market. There are also public fire rings right on the beach available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

16. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Campland is pet-friendly with an off-leash dog park. Policies include:

Yes. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be courteous to your neighbors and observe all policies regarding music and noise.

19. Can I bring my own boat or jet ski?
Yes, but restrictions apply. Guests may launch personal watercraft at nearby public ramps. Mooring or tying off in unauthorized areas is not permitted. Please review Campland’s boating policies in advance.
20. Do you rent boats or watercraft?

Rules, Safety & Guidelines
24. What are the speed limits inside Campland?
The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the resort. Safety of children and pedestrians is a top priority.
25. Are generators allowed?
Generators may be restricted depending on your site and location. Most sites offer power hookups—please confirm if a generator is allowed before using one.
26. Do you allow visitors?
Yes. Visitors must be registered at the entrance gate and may be subject to a nominal fee. Visitor vehicles may be directed to overflow parking.
27. Is alcohol permitted?
Alcohol is allowed at your campsite, but must be consumed responsibly. Glass containers are discouraged.

Each registered site includes parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles may require overflow parking or additional fees.
