Instructions for Completing and Sending Your Extended Stay Forms
We hope to make the completing of our required Extended Stay forms as easy as possible. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS. There are two options for how to complete and submit the forms.
OPTION A – Use ADOBE to Complete the Forms.
If you use Adobe Acrobat to sign documents, you can download the fillable form as you’ll be able to fill and sign them directly on your device. All four required forms are included in the download.
Here are the steps:
- Download the fillable forms.
- Open the PDF form with Adobe Acrobat. Enter the required information in the documents. Please complete each box requiring information and sign each document. Note: If only one person will be camping or the information required does not apply to you, please put N/A. This is because all fields must be completed. Be sure your signature is added where needed.
- Once you have completed the forms, you must SAVE the document and get it verified. The verified form will be sent to your email address.
- You can then share the completed forms from your email account and forwarding the document to: extendedstay@campland.com Please add your name to the subject line. (You can also download a copy to save on your device.). Please also send a photo ID, insurance information and registration.
OPTION B – Download & Print Option
If you would prefer, we also have the documents as PDFs which you can download, print, and complete with a pen. To use this method, download the documents using the links directly below.

Once completed, please scan the documents and email all four documents to: extendedstay@campland.com. Please put your name in the subject line: i.e.: Completed Extended Stay Forms from John Smith.
Please also send a photo ID, insurance information and registration.
