Pet costume contests are very popular with our Campers. Halloween, Christmas, and Easter are awesome days to show off your pooch! And, of course, there are prizes!
No worries if you run low on pet supplies; the Campland Market has a full stock of pet food, treats, and even toys to keep your pet happy.

Dog Policy
Campland’s 50 years’ experience, as well as standard industry practice, support the prohibition of specific dog breeds at our campground.
Our dog policy strives to strike a balance between care and comfort of pets and people and is more permissive than experts recommend.
At Campland on the Bay, we are proud to be one of the most dog-friendly parks in the nation! Our canine campers are socialized and well-behaved so they can join the family play on the bay.
Some guests affectionately refer to the area as Dogwood Bay, capturing the spirit of this vibrant gathering spot for pets and their families. Whether it’s a casual walk, social playtime, or one of the themed pet events, the park has become a highlight for dog lovers from all around.
