Monthly Rules and Policies:
Only ONE sleeping vehicle & ONE driving vehicle per this rate. Additional vehicles are $30.00/month. Allowed maximum of 2 dogs per site ($30.00/month per dog). Rates are based on 2 persons. (children under 3yrs not included) Additional persons are $30.00/month. Maximum of 4 persons per site. (2 adults/2children or 3 adults/one child) Extra charges are $30.00/month. Tents are not permitted on long-term sites. Rates based on per month. Maximum stay of 270 days per calendar year. Every 90 days you must vacate the park for 24 hrs. Sites are only reserved for the time you tell us you will be here. (we do not assume that you will stay longer than you tell us, therefore we will reserve the site for someone else if they want this site.) Late fees on payment are $10.00/day for every day payment is late. Check in time is 2pm or later. Guarantee a specific site for a non-refundable $25.00 fee. Cable T.V. included. Phone service available in some areas. Reservations taken up to 2 years in advance. Rates are subject to change based on availability. Rates and Fees are subject to change without notice. Guests must be in park by April 15th to qualify for monthly rate.
MONTHLY CANCELLATION POLICY: $25.00 fee for cancelled reservations with 72 hrs notice. Less than 72 hrs. notice is $25.00 & charged for one night.

Cancellation Policy

WINTER NON-HOLIDAYS: $25.00 Cancellation fee with 24 hour notice. Less
than 24 hour notice will be charged for a full nights stay.

SUMMER NON-HOLIDAYS: $25.00 Cancellation fee with 48 hours notice. Less
than 48 hour notice will be charged a $25.00 fee and for a full nights stay.
SUMMER WEEKENDS less than 48 hour notice - NO REFUND
HOLIDAYS: MEMORIAL DAY, 4th of JULY, LABOR DAY, Thanksgiving, christmas,
and New Years: Full refund minus a $25.00 Cancellation fee with 72 hours notice.
Less than 72 hours notice: NO REFUNDS

Site Types - Cable TV available on all sites except Primitive.
Super Site	The name says it all! This private site overlooks the bay, has a private Jacuzzi, washer /dryer, gas grill and private phone number.
Beach Front	These sites have full hookups and are right off our Beach.
Bay View	These Sites have a premier view of the bay, full hookups and some have phone service.
Distinguished
Preferred	These full hookup sites are 'Preferred' for several reasons. Some are pull- through, some back onto Rose Creek, some include a grassy area and some have phone service.
Select
Standard	All Standard sites have full hookups and phone service.
Limited	These sites offer water, electricity but no sewer hook-ups.
Primitive	For those of you who like to 'rough it', This site includes a fire ring and a picnic table. These sites are only available during our Summer Season.
